Since you explicitely asked for feedback, I'll give you some. I will also start by saying that I am not an artist and I cannot remotely draw anything. I am pretty sure you are already aware by now that the proportions feel wrong. The head (and neck) is too disproportionate compared to the rest. The fingers are also too long (especially the index).

And that's pretty much it. The colouring is good, shadows are good and the representation of Tharja is on point, facial features are really well-drawn.

Hope this can prove useful information. Keep doing what you you're doing and you will automatically get better (#1 life hack you did not know). Just kidding. Cheers.

I agree, proportions are a real weak spot of mine. Also, the sketch of her looked alright to me, because the thing around the neck wasn't there and is probably the thing that makes it look way longer than it should.
